Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery We ship via USPS within the United States. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery status directly on the USPS website.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@morotopia.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Mortopia is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delays We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons, please allow additional processing time.
